  • Little Poke Service Fee: $175
    Includes:

    • Collection of specimen(s)

    • Delivery to lab

    • Confirmation of drop-off notification sent to provider

    Superbills are available upon request

    Please note that the cost of laboratory testing is separate and charged by the laboratory (e.g. Labcorp or Quest). To make things easier for you, we offer the ability for you to upload your insurance information. If you choose to upload it, we will provide it to the laboratory so they can process your bill using insurance. To check the exact price of your laboratory testing bill, we recommend calling the laboratory ahead of time.

  • We are committed to providing a smooth and seamless service, but sometimes things may not go as planned. Because of that, should one of our phlebotomist not be able to obtain a successful specimen, a full refund will be provided within 3-5 business days from the service.

  • Appointments more than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund.

    Appointments less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable if canceled.

  • Not to worry! We have two easy options for providing your lab order to Little Poke when booking a visit. You can provide us your doctor’s contact information and we can collect your lab order for you, or you can ask your doctor for a copy of your lab order and upload it.
